Training with Janie/Silence & Noise is an individual experience, less to do with a quick-win certificate (in fact, NOTHING to do with that!) and everything to do with life-changing, mind-expanding and redefining the self.

We teach to a syllabus of course, as all our trainings are globally accredited with International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), but every moment of every training is about YOU, the practitioner self you are ready to step into. We don't do cookie-cutter practices or learning by rote, our trainings flex and flow according to who is in the room and the dynamics in the collective space.

Our trainings are renowned for their depth, immersive nature and sheer volume of content - sound is so much more than simply getting decent noises out of instruments and Janie's approach is rooted in a profound focus on the nervous system, neuroscience, psychoacoustics and physiology of sound. All our trainings intersect science, energetics, musicology and the mind because these cornerstones are equally necessary for the creation of a successful sound healer/practitioner.
