INITIATION gives you the attunement and certifictaion for REIKI I, alongside the first touch on our wider Energy Alchemy programme. In this potent one dayer, we'll cover:

• The principles of Reiki - Level I

• The foundations of energy work

• The layers of the mind and how to access the quantum field

• The art of channelling

• 101 on working with crystals and grids

• Establishing a self-healing and self-protection practice

• Exploring multiple access points for energy work including ayurvedic/chakra-based, Taoist/Dantian and anatomical systems
