Founded in 2017 out of a decade of yoga, survival, and sound forged on dancefloors, festivals and stages, Silence & Noise embodies a fiercely progressive, perhaps even a shade rebellious approach to sound & energy work.
The S&N approach is all about integration and individuality - we encourage our students and clients to meet and experience sound and energy in a way that resonates personally with their own interests, skills and aptitudes. After all, we are each a unique constellation of frequencies woven into being, and one size does not fit all.
That’s why all our trainings have a tailored aspect that will send you out into the world as the unique practitioner you ARE, rather than as one produced by standardised manuals that pump out identikit practitioners repeating the same protocols and processes.
Unlike many influencer-driven trainings, we aren’t promising you instant renumeration or social media followings as a newfound ‘healer’ either - although again we know JUST what an impact you can make on the world with the skills we’ll teach you.
What Silence & Noise DOES promise is a training that is rooted in personal evolution, skills development, long-term transformation, integrity of practice and power of community.

I wanted to share that I did my first full group, hour long, sound session today. I was lucky enough to be somewhere where they have some instruments for facilitators to borrow too, so I had a lot of options to play with. The session definitely wasnt all perfect, and I have notes for next time, but the feedback from the 17 ladies was amazing. They loved it. I was so nervous but am so happy to have done it. I cant wait to do another one!
