Group Events & Workshops
All ticket sales are final and refunds are not available.

However if you are unable to attend or change your mind about an event, you are very welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you wish, please advise us of any change at the time it is confirmed so we can ensure your replacement receives the event information.
​
If you are unable to transfer your ticket we are happy to offer you store credit against any future event, online event, course, workshop or training, but a cash refund is NOT available for any cancellations instigated by the customer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
​
Should the event be cancelled by Silence & Noise, you will be offered a full refund or if you would prefer, your credit can be held against future events.
​
The only exception is in the case of a forced cancellation due to a change in the law, for example in the case of a pandemic or other legally enforceable restrictions regarding social gatherings. In the event that Silence & Noise is forced to cancel an event due to force majeure, refunds will only be given if Silence & Noise is compensated by the enforcing party or relevant insurance. We can no longer be held liable for losses caused by decisions and laws outside of our control.

We hold fully comprehensive insurance.

Please note that during and after a group event you remain responsible for your own wellbeing. Please get in touch for a conversation in advance of attending if you are pregnant, have cancer, epilepsy, tinnitus or severe hearing issues, fractures or bone damage in the last 3 months, or PTSD.

Online Group Events & Workshops
Tickets are non refundable for any reason, as long as the event goes ahead. A recording of all soundscapes is made available to ticket holders within 24hours of the event.
​
Please do not share private event access links with anyone who has not bought a ticket. Anyone found doing do will be barred from future events.
​
In the event that Silence & Noise cancels the event, a full refund will be issued. In the case of a technical delivery issue during a live event, the session will be recorded and supplied to all ticket holders as soon as the technical issues are resolved. Refunds will only be available in this case if less than half the event was delivered at the scheduled time.

1:1 Appointments
All appointments must be paid for in advance via the website. An appointment is not confirmed without full payment. If you cancel 5 days or more before an in person appointment, you will receive a full refund. Any cancellation less than 5 days before a scheduled appointment start time will not be refundable.

Should the appointment be cancelled by Silence & Noise, you will be offered a reschedule at your convenience, or a full refund if you prefer.

Please note that although a 1:1 allows space and time to discuss specific conditions, I am not a medical practitioner and you do remain responsible for your own wellbeing at all times. You will be asked to complete a health form for a 1:1 and your attention is drawn to the need to get in touch for a conversation in advance of attending if you are pregnant, have cancer, epilepsy, tinnitus or severe hearing issues, fractures or bone damage in the last 3 months or PTSD.

Online 1:1 Appointments
​
All appointments must be paid for in advance via the website. An appointment is not confirmed without full payment. Please arrive on the call at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to ensure prompt start. A late arrival of over 10 minutes will be presumed to be a no-show/cancellation and the call will be ended at this time.
​
Cancellations of more than 5 days notice will be refunded. An online appointment can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time at no cost, but if contact has not been made by this time the fee will be defaulted.
​
Should the appointment be cancelled by Silence & Noise, you will be offered a reschedule at your convenience, or a full refund if you prefer.

All 1:1 calls are recorded and supplied post-session.

COVID-19 Policy
​
All our in person activity is conducted in compliance with government guidelines. You will be sent a confirmation email at point of booking detailing anything you may need to bring to the appointment/event in order to comply with guidelines. Please note that failure to arrive without the required PPE or equipment may result in immediate cancellation, with no refund.
By attending an event/appointment you confirm that you have no COVID symptoms. Attending a sound bath with a cough or cold of any kind can be uncomfortable for you due to extended periods lying down and/or disruptive to other attendees, so we would advise getting in touch to discuss your situation in advance if you are displaying these symptoms - even if you have a negative COVID test.
