The perfect little REMUNA bowl is characterise by a slightly concave shape and thinner walls, and tonally offers a softer sound profile, a more shimmery finish and a prettier, higher pitch overall.
It's softer sonic edges mean that this little bowl offers more of a wash of sound when stroked and stirred, with less clarity between it's fundamental and overtones. When struck, it's notably more feminine.
It's fundamental is on the A# side of a G3 with the higher note at D5 - an almost perfect 5th with a little edgy accent that makes it ideal for blending with crystal bowls or swing chimes.
FUNDAMENTAL NOTE: A#-G3/D5
FUNDAMENTAL FREQUENCY: 197Hz
CHAKRA: Throat/Vishudda

- Antique bowls carry mineralisation and patina marks - this is a signature of their age and metallurgy, and should not be mistaken for damage. Please inspect the video carefully in advance of purchase. We are always happy to show bowls via video call if you prefer.
- All bowls have been tested extensively by our expert collectors and selected personally by Janie. Both parties have checked each bowl for structural and sonic integrity and are satisfied that it is of the highest standard.
- Bowls should be cleaned gently using fresh lemon juice and baking/bicarbonate of soda mixed into a paste. Apply with a soft cloth and buff away - rinse with warm water and a mild dish soap and dry immediately. Do not use scrubbers or any metal cleaning chemicals on your singing bowls, especially precious antiques.
