SILENCE & NOISE

DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?

For sound or breathwork sessions and all special events/workshops - YES. Especially in high season space becomes limited, so to be sure of your mat please book ahead to avoid disappointment. We really hate turning people away, but if you show up without a booking, there is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate you as our sessions have capacity limits to ensure space and comfort for all.

For yoga classes you are welcome to just drop in but it's still preferable for you to book your mat online, in case we need to contact you about class. Our online booking system takes reservations not payments, so it's easy and hassle-free to cancel out again if you change your mind about coming.

You can book here.

WHAT ABOUT A BOOKING FOR A GROUP?

We are always happy to accommodate your group, but in order to ensure that we have ticked our all-important health & safety boxes we need each attendee to book in individually.

If your group number exceeds more than half the session capacity we may suggest that you to book a private session for your group instead.

If you arrive with more people than you have booked for, we may have to turn away excess people for the comfort of all guests. Please plan accordingly and respect that significantly changing group numbers can have a really big effect on how a session runs!

ARE MATS/PROPS PROVIDED?

We have yoga mats and blocks for asana classes, and lush comfy mattresses, cushions and eye masks for our signature sound baths and breathwork sessions. We have lightweight dhoti sheets to use as a base layer or light cover if you need, but ideally for hygiene reasons, please bring your own towel or sarong to cover your mat.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I BRING?

In addition to your sarong/towel to lay over your mat (especially if you are coming from the beach or yoga), please make sure you have water. You can buy water from the cafe downstairs if you don’t have any, but we do not currently have a drinking water facility at any in the shala itself so please come prepared.

DO YOU OFFER SOUND HEALER TRAINING?

Yes! We offer a range of sound healing trainings and experiences including full Sound Healing Practitioner Certification for those looking to practice professionally, as well as our popular two day access course Sound Healing for Wellness Facilitators, and our Sound Alchemy Mentorship programme for those looking to expand, refine or elevate an existing sound practice.

We also have HIGH VIBES - our entry level four hour workshop for those meeting sound practice for the first time - the perfect starting point for your sonic journey if you’re here as a curious explorer and just looking to learn more about sound healing.
