This profound puja is a bucket-list experience for all those drawn to the gong. A 10 hour gong bath that drops the brainwaves and body into deep Delta-frequency rest, journeying the mind through superconscious states and hyper-healing opportunities. A gong bath of this magnitude offers unparalled depth of experience in self-inquiry, processing of matter from deep within the somatic and mental space, and a powerful space in which to access lucid dreaming and alternative states.
Guests will sleep on luscious comfortable day bed mattresses. You are asked to bring your own pillow, bedsheet and blanket/quilt as needed.
We will have a variety of gongs including those by Paiste symphonic, Gongland, Grotta Sonora, Tone of Life, customised YAR Instruments, and unique antique and specialist instruments from Nepal, Vietnam and India.
